A Productive Defined: As A Noun
An organizational structure that utilizes different concepts from other government and corporate structures such as cooperatives, non-profits, corporations, sociocracy, and even network marketing, yet is focused on encouraging real-life action-based behavior to create a positive impact in a community.
It does so most efficiently through a rewards system and a big society game, using technology as its management body without concern for making money.
In other words...
A Productive requires modern technology to simplify the equation of operations and this is now possible through a private social network technology, together with a regional business and content hosting technology system. Together forming what we call R.A.W.S or Regional Autonomous Web Systems.
It is a way for co-creators to actively take part in their community without super corporations managing their interactions any longer and without facing unnecessary processes that create inefficiency.
A Productive therefore is An organization that sees technology as the organization and the members as both the investors and beneficiaries, so that it can run at maximum efficiency.
Once organized officially, paperwork, licensing, etc is necessary. This all represents inefficiency if accomplishing something is the goal. The point is only to do this when absolutely necessary and do under for profit service providers to keep it simple, forfeiting most of their profits through expenditures which benefit the community.
To do this one must become the facilitator of technological transparency while funding creative advertising projects which accomplish real goals in society such as “Busses as Billboards”, Recycling Centers as Advertising Opportunities and Public Giveback etc.
The organization should collect taxes (V.A.T.) in Costa Rica and remit them as a contribution to society's existing structure which will make the government very happy. You cannot manage a non profit for less than 13% cost.
They should allow for community projects to receive money directly however also provide an easy method and trustworthy way for the community to give if necessary.
The only reason to officially organize is to provide a tax write off to those who give to the organization, which represents the organization playing into the system once again. As a member of the Ballena Times this write off can be taken under professional club or networking, If they give directly to one of the causes then they forfeit this benefit.
To do this a new type of unofficial organization needs to occur which utilizes technology as a life simplification device and free facilitator of connections and direct funding of projects through gifts and we think it needs a new term which is not regulated, and believe :A Productive is that term. We believe this term is most descriptive in what we are trying to accomplish, and has never been used as a Noun that we can find.
