In Costa Ballena, we will be fine no matter what. So, this is not a plan of desperation, after all, we have rice, beans, plantains, papayas, bananas and fish, and our farmers markets are pulling together with food delivery services. We are rich here, no matter what. Being prepared is not about believing in an outcome, instead, is more about knowing different concerns are not a problem. That is the goal for us.

We need to consider in our exercise however, the possibility that tourism may not come back for a while, even if none of those things happen. This means we should prepare for this possibility now. By together eliminating the most common expenses in society today, we can avoid the has and has not scenarios that complicate civilized life.

So let us use this pandemic as an exercise to cooperatively address every aspect of society while we have a chance to do it, and we can remove all of what we don't like and rebuild it the way we want now, not later. By making sure everyone has, we all protect our investments, property values, safety and general lifestyles.

There are two aspects, monthly contributors and up front contributors. The more people that choose to contribute with an annual membership, the faster progress will happen on all fronts. Those who contribute annually up front will see their balance increase with each month they give into the system.

1. Free Account Level, as a private “Seeker or Public “Creator” account.

2. $10 per month as a Productiva Supporter

3. $25 per month as a Productiva Member, which means your money comes back towards future projects, like Transportation, Education, Medical Center Credit, Recycling System Credit and more.

4. $50 per month as an Investor in Costa Ballena's Future. This person owns property here and knows that property values are a direct reflection of education, Crime Rates, Poverty, transportation, etc.

Revenue Goals of 500 members at $10 minimum = $5000 per month - $10,000 per month at $20 per person or 1000 at $10.
