"Our purpose as an organization is to bring people together in Costa Ballena, fostering a stronger sense of community while simplifying and improving life for all. We strive to create a collaborative environment where residents work hand in hand to minimize dependency on social media and technology.

We belive in meaningful real-world connections and shared experiences, we aim to enhance overall well-being and build a supportive network within the community. Through joint efforts, we envision a more connected, fulfilled, and harmonious way of life, where individuals thrive and grow together."

Funding for our initiatives is made possible through the generous contributions of both local businesses and residents. We believe in the power of collective action, and as such, we encourage everyone to participate by contributing as little as $25 per year, or through flexible monthly contributions ranging from $10 to $50. For those who are able to make a more significant contribution, we also offer the option of an upfront payment of $500 per year.

Governance: we will govern similar to a corporate board however adopt the bylaws of a cooperative allowing each investor to have a say. We will basically pool our money together to accomplish way more than we could as individual businesses. Each member will have a vote and an ability to object to actions taken, and each objection will be treated as a gift. 

By controlling our own content and information we create an opportunity for us to work together without all the work, just living our lives while benefiting each other from the content we create. This compilation fo content can be used with permission to create tv shows, Radio Shows, Podcast, Books, New Albums but with the entire region behind them.

 When the need is here it is too late. By acting early before the need arises, we will be prepared for all potential events that could occur here, such as the spread of the pandemic, the collapse of the financial systems, and or Widespread ecological disasters.

We will form a simple SRL and operate as a for-profit entity that acts like a non-profit every day, by spending most of its money on creative advertising projects for the region. We will accomplish our goals instead, as "creative advertising projects" which will make us famous in the world and in short will work simply to solve our shared problems" See Projects Here

How does Sociocracy Work: We define this through non-violent communication, a consent decision process using “good enough for now” if one does not have a better or contrasting idea. All reasonable objections seconded by another, are treated as gifts in sociocracy, and two members from the original circle all placed on any additional circles which are formed for congruity.
